About Stephanie

Stephanie Middlestead has been a happy resident of grande prairie for eleven years now and grew up in the peace region.  She began her real estate career eight years ago and does not consider herself a sales person. Providing her clients with support, assistance and promoting their interests in a variety of transactions is the role she chooses. Stephanie says “It’s wonderful to not only have the opportunity to work with so many amazing individuals and families but to be able to call so many of those clients and colleagues her friends.”

Her own family has lived in the community for decades and she is proud to be raising her own family here now. As many people, there have been challenges and hardships she’s overcome which has made her compassionate and understanding towards people that come into her life. Allowing that attitude to flow into the way she treats her clients has created a trust that she values. Having many clients return for help or refer others to her strengthens her belief that respect for people and the importance of a high standard of service are what matter most.
